Optimized work processes free up capacity.

Our system increases your efficiency in everyday work in so many ways. You can measure patients and synchronize results with electronic medical records via WLAN from anywhere. The IDs of nursing personnel and patients are captured with a barcode scanner on the device. Indicator lights provide visual confirmation of correct data transmission. In the entire measuring process you and your employees can be sure that all sensitive data are stored correctly. Unlike the manual transcribing of measurements, our system requires no follow-up checks, so medical personnel have more time to care for patients.

Which workflow do you need?

Workflow 1

User and patient with manual confirmation of measurement data transmission

  1. The user first scans his barcode so it can be compared to his ID in the user database. The LEDs briefly illuminate in green to confirm that the user ID has been found. Then the LEDs return to flashing mode and the device is ready for other actions.
  2. Next the user scans the patient's barcode. The data are immediately compared to the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). When the patient ID has been found, the LEDs illuminate briefly in green and the return to flashing mode.
  3. The patient steps onto the scale or measuring station, where weight and/or height are measured. While the measurements are being stored temporarily, the LEDs illuminate briefly and then flash again.
  4. After manual confirmation by the user, the data are transmitted from the device to the EMR system. The LEDs remain green for a longer time and then go out. The temporarily stored data are erased and the device is ready for the next measuring process.
